Well, it's been forever since I wrote a real entry, and there's no way I am going to bother with everything I've been doing, but here's a brief overview of what has gone on this month so far and other random updates on my life:
Friday night the 1st- downtown bars with Jenn
Left Saturday morning for Pittsburgh through Wednesday with the family
Beer Olympics/bonfire/karaoke/sleepover July 9-10 at the Hess's house in Lawrenceburg
Went over to Jake's apt to entertain him for a bit while he's carless after work Monday
Hung out with the roomie and the Kates Thursday night
Chicago this weekend Friday after work, just got back in today cause I took it off
This week and Wednesday and Thursday of next week I'm babysitting the Smiths when school lets out for the day because their dad is out of town and their mom works until 8 or 8:30 every night.
Only two weeks left (including this one) and the couple weeks during the school year that alternative calendar kids are at school without the regular calendar kids, then I'm officially a regular calendar teacher, no more year-round for me starting in May 2006!!!
Next Friday after work I leave for Columbus for two weeks to begin working on credits for my masters... I feel like I am gone more than I am at home, I can't wait until my life settles down a bit! I am excited to be in Columbus though since my bestest friend Suzy is there, yay!
When I get back from Columbus it will be the first week of the new school year, then that first weekend back I'm going to Michigan with Kate from Rose. Weekend after that babysitting for the Hans so they can have their first vacation without their children since before their five year old was born.
No exact plans for Labor Day weekend yet... most likely partying with the group since I'll have been MIA for so long, or maybe the girls and I should go to Muskegon and use the condo before it gets too cold...
September 10-11 back to Columbus for the first of 7 weekends, and one weekend in September I promised my boss I'd stay with her kids so she and her husband can go to Vegas. Then hopefully if I get a free weekend that month, I'll get to go up to Mokena to see Rachel's baby.
That's getting way ahead of myself though, time to go enjoy the rest of my day off before I have to get the boys!
