Been a busy girl lately, but here's a brief update! :)
April 8-10 I went to Cleveland to visit Miller with Jenn, Bubu, Katy, Rob, Missy and Nick. Miller showed us the hot spots in the city, went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and had lots of fun!
April 15 went out to Broad Ripple to celebrate Jake's 24th with Jenn, Missy, Nick, Bubu, Yoosuk, Ray, Kate, Bob, Maryann, Sean, Jenny, Los, Rob, and perhaps a couple others but that's all I can think of right now, so sorry if I spaced you :P I can't seem to recall anything else that weekend, I think Jenn and I just stayed home the rest of that time and watched movies and relaxed at home.
This weekend was a blast! Friday night we thought we'd be stuck inside because of all the tornado warnings and stuff, but at 10 Jenn's friend Steve called up after it was down to just rain with no storming and asked us to meet him and Craig downtown, so we threw on some cute clothes and met up at Have a Nice Day Cafe, then we all went next door and met up with Alicia and some of her friends at Tiki Bob's, it was a great time! Jenn and I were apparently hot items that night too, fun times with all the random guys approaching us! Then Saturday I went up to St. Joe to party it up Little 5 style, it was fun to see everyone again, I've missed them! :) Thanks to Eric's green apple vodka I ended up quite drunk, good times! Hopefully now that the weather is nicer I'll be able to visit everyone more, lots of weekend road trips ahead!
I'm excited for this coming up week also, only 3 full days of school. Thursday and Friday are half days so we can do parent/teacher conferences, but all of mine are scheduled after school on Monday-Wednesday since most of the parents work anyway or won't be able to get away for the conferences when their kids are home with them, so I have two half-days, yay! Plus I won't be particularly late getting home from work on the other nights either because my kids are so young, conferences are only 20 minutes and a lot of the parents don't even worry about it since they talk to me every day anyway during drop off and pick up, I only have 6 to do, I think I won't ever teach the older kids, I'll be too spoiled! :) I hope you all have a fantastic week!!!
